Questions about payment management software

What is payment management software?
Payment management software records the money your business receives and pays: customer payments, part payments, advances and supplier payments. It shows which invoices are paid and which are still due.
Can I record part payments?
Yes. Accept any amount against an invoice and the rest stays as a balance due. You can add further payments later until it is cleared.
Can I see which customers have pending payments?
Yes. You get a list of customers with dues, grouped by how long they have been pending, so you can prioritise follow-ups.
